Frequently Asked Questions

I have a cashless ATM program right now, isn't yours the same thing?

No, there are significant differences in our program in relation to what you are currently using:

  • It is a real debit card processing program, not a cashless ATM program. Cashless ATM’s are currently being heavily scrutinized because ATM transactions are supposed to be just that – ATM transactions where cash is dispensed
  • Cashiers do not have to round up the sale to the next $5 increment and then provide change to the customer. They can enter the exact sale amount with no change to the customer
  • Even if you do decide to add a convenience fee or other surcharge at the end of the transaction to cover fees you still save the customer money because their bank will not charge them a foreign ATM fee (usually around $2.00). So, the program can be free for you as well as much cheaper for your card-paying customers. You could also decide to absorb the fee and make it free to your customers. The choice is yours
  • You can choose to have the name of your business and not some nebulous finance company show up on your customers’ bank statements, thereby greatly reducing confusion and in some cases, chargebacks

Where does your program work?

Our program works for all merchants and delivery providers as we have a mobile processing device that can reduce your drivers carrying cash in their car at higher risk.

Our program works in every state that has merchants looking to provide this valuable service to their communities.

I can't get a bank account open, will this still work?

We have several partner banks that fully accept our partners and clients.   If you contact us, we will hand-deliver your needs to our banking partner and put you in a position to get the account you need to improve the efficiency and security of your business.
